Thought for the day sometimes the simplest meal is the best meal!

Quick Spicy tuna melts!

Ingredients:

1 can white chunk tuna
1-2 Tbs dill pickle relish
1-2 tsp hot sauce
1-2 Tbs mayonnaise
2 crusty rolls (hoagie style works best)
shredded cheese (I used Kraft Mexican mix)

Directions: Mix all wet ingredients, stir in tuna. You may need more or less of each depending on taste and how moist you like your tuna mixture. I used leftover crusty hoagie rolls from Kroger-Manager's special 6 pack for  $.99 cents! Bakery bread freezes really well! To use simply place in microwave on defrost for 1 minute.
Slice defrosted or fresh hoagie rolls in half. Coat in tuna mixture and top with shredded cheese. Bake in oven set on Broil watch closely as to not burn the bread mine take about 3 minutes for cheese to melt and sides to become crispy. A voila lunch in under 10 minutes!
